From October 26 to 28, 2026, Kengine Machinery exhibited at the 28th Cross-Strait Longgang Printing Industry Expo, held at the Longgang Modern Printing Port in Longgang, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. At Booth A40-41 the team ran an automatic spout pouch sealing machine live for all three days, demonstrating the complete cycle from bag pickup and spout feeding through heat sealing and finished pouch outfeed.
The expo ran alongside the 2026 East China Packaging Technology Exhibition and covered the full chain of pre-press, printing, post-press and packaging converting equipment. Most visitors were process and purchasing engineers from flexible packaging converters and from food and home-care brand owners.

A Complete Process, Running on the Stand
The centre of the booth was an automatic spout pouch sealing machine: red frame, touch-screen HMI and a transparent safety guard. On the right, a vibratory bowl feeder oriented the loose spouts and fed them one by one into the welding station. On the left, a green conveyor carried the finished pouches away continuously. Bag loading, spout feeding, welding, sealing and outfeed all happen on a single machine.
Visitors Brought Their Own Pouches
Most conversations started with a physical pouch in hand. Visitors compared their own bag against the bag magazine to check fit, asked whether an existing pouch could run as-is, whether a format change needs new tooling, and what output and lead time to expect.
One wall of the booth carried a sample pouch display covering the formats the machine handles: coffee, soy milk powder, ketchup, jelly, a 2.5 kg rice pouch with handle, a 1.2 kg soy milk powder pouch and a home-care detergent pouch - stand-up spout pouches, shaped spout pouches, zipper stand-up pouches and handle pouches among them.
Inside the Machine: Four Key Stations
What visitors asked about most was how the stations work together. The four photos below follow one spout sealing machine from infeed to outfeed.
1. Bag magazine. Vertical magazine, pouches picked one at a time from the bottom of the stack. Changing format means adjusting the guide rod spacing rather than re-setting the whole machine.
2. Vibratory bowl feeder. Loose spouts are poured into the bowl, oriented automatically and delivered to the welding position one by one, so no manual spout placement is needed.
3. Heat sealing bar. Constant-temperature heating welds the spout base to the pouch opening in a single press, for a strong seal with no leakage.
4. Outfeed conveyor. Sealed pouches leave on the belt, so spout position and seal appearance can be inspected inline and pouches collected straight into a carton.
Product Range on Display
The back wall of the booth presented the three product families that make up the Kengine range:
- Spout Welding Machine: precise positioning, secure sealing, low defect rate
- Bag Making Machine: neat bag shape, multi-size ready, clean cutting
- Valve Welding Machine: precise positioning, smart temperature control, stable welding
Two main models were detailed on the equipment panel. The spout welding and sealing machine handles both straight and angled spout pouches, gives a tight heat seal with no leakage and covers multiple pouch sizes, making it suitable for volume production of stand-up spout pouches. The hot-cut bag making machine is multi-size ready with precise pitch control, converts quickly between pouch formats, runs stably at high speed and can also produce zipper pouches, which suits PE and similar food packaging bags.
